Since you have been so helpful with my questions in the past, I need more advice, please.

I have a friend that has had a judgement against him for a few years(issued in Florida). Today, he was notified that his bank account was being seized and they cleaned out his checking account. I don't believe that what they retrieved was enough to cover the debt. Can they garnish his wages (he already has a garnishment for his child support)and should he expect that they will? Is there anything that he can do to keep his money for living expenses at this point?

I would greatly appreciate anyone who has any information or advice on this subject.

Thanks!!
