"Yes Scott, & people e-mail me too, however, when someone new posts an incredible and unbelievable story, and implies that he can help people do the same if they e-mail him---my suspicions are aroused." Hey Whychat, I never offered to help anybody. I posted this to give people hope and see how pathetic that NCO is as a collection agency. I posted in an earlier post that this was not just 1 violation, it was about 30 and I threatened with a large lawsuit over it. Once I sent the C&D letter too them, they just ignored it, telling me the letter don't mean anything. SO they proceeded to beat me up for it. Maybe because it was X-mas and the agent wanted his commission, he was desperate, figure it out. I don't know how much agents get paid, but say it is even 20 percent, that is 4000.00. That is Xmas gifts and a vacation for the idiot. SO you can understand how he got desperate and took desperate measures. Even though this happened, I still don't trust and think NCO has something up there sleeve. BUt I have a copy of there letter telling me they closed it, so what can really go wrong. Whychat, if you know that please let me know.
Thanks, D
