strangely enough,someone at creditnet ask the same question as I did,just different companies.my sister has purchased this program.i had her ask the company for some actual court cases that they have won. all I have seen so far is one dismissed case but I didn't see the reason for dissmissal so maybe it was for something else besides the GAAP or whatever it is.
