Why chat- Opening page on this site under SOl. "Sol. only covers lawsuits, SOl expiration does not affect other types of collection actions or reporting of the account to credit bureaus." If it's beyond the SOl. can they still put it on your credit report under collection category? If its beyong the Sol. can the collector put a balance owing? Im also confused as to why the original creditor (big bank) has it as no balance showing, but, the collector will put balance owning. thanks praise why chat for his genious brain.........
