Question for Mr. Why Chat RE: RMA changing dla.

Dear Mr. Why Chat, I recently ordered my CR. I have a Sears account that was either transferred or sold to a collector identified as RMA. RMA altered the DLA by approx. 8 months. I contacted the 3 bureaus, investigation came back as remains. It clearly shows dla on sears tradelne. Rma with a new account number changed dla. Ive tried with bureaus what now can I do?
