Account illegally re-aged

I had a store card scheduled to fall off 7-2005. Its now in the hands of a collector. They changed fall off date to 7-2007. Ive disputed with 3 bureaus. After 2 months of complaints of re-agement, it came off two reports. Cant get Eperian to delete even afer there investigation. I have my old report with the original creditor's fall off date, and the collectors re-aged fall off date. My current Experian shows the collector with there re-aged debt. What can I do? Whats up with Experian?
