It does not say if it is with or without preduidice. Should I be worried about that? It did say that the order is stayed by statue through and including Dec. 30th, 2002. They have not appealed, so I would think it is official.
I made a counter suit against them according to many of the helpful things I have read in this, but that was throw out. The judge did not even want to hear about it. Anyway, let me know if there is anything else I should worry about. Thanks!
