Congratulations!
Your victory is inspiring. You have prevailed over a company whose founder become glutted with riches courtesy of the suffering of many. Nice properties in Grosse Pointe, Michigan,no less, according to tax records. A slew of properties in central Florida. New branches everywere according to their website, which reminds the reader that they adhere to the highest ethics. Oh Yeah. Get this suit dismissed with prejudice.
What do you mean, the judge won't hear of a countersuit?
Have you filed all with FTC, if so what was outcome? Nail these ethical cretins. Remember, the founder of this company stated on his website that he finds collections to be a 'fascinating business'. As were you, no doubt by his misuse of judicial process. He needs to pay you for your share of this 'fascination' so freely handed out.
"reversal of fortune, it can even hit creditors."
