Mr. WhyChat,

Thanks for your help so far, one last thing.

This happened in Minnesota and was heard in Concilliation Court.

The paper I got in the mail says:
"The parties are hereby notified that the court has ordered that As to the original claim, ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORP; recover -0- against (me)."

It then says "The Courts order is stayed by statute thourgh and including Dec. 30,2002. (No appearance is required on this date).

From the way they explained it at the hearing, we would get the judgement. We would then have 30 days to have it appealed. If it doesn't get appealed, then the judgement would stand. Please let me know if I am wrong. If this isn't a win for me, what is the state of Minnesota sending these out? Seems misleading if I did not win this.
