Thanks for the vote of confidence against Asset.

I think I would have won my counter suit the first time I went to court, but the case was continued because the lawyer for Asset said they were not served properly, and they were scrambling to get my validation of the debt that I supposedly owed.

The second time we went back, the judge hearing the case was not in a good mood, and basically looked at my proof that they were not co-operating with my requests and still reporting negative marks while I was disputing this. She said thank you, and told us we would get something in the mail. I was countersuing for 7,000 and I think she thought it was a little frivilous. (sp?) Anyway, I am just happy I don't owe those clown any money and I can get them off the credit report!
