I understand to send SOl. letter to the collector thats showing a balance. Wait until I get green card back. This is the part that confuses me.. What exactly should the letter to the CRA say? I know that Im also going to send them (cra) your Sol. letter that I sent to the collector, but what should the letter to the CRA say.. Im just trying to get the balances removed. why chat it is my opinion that the info you are giving me is single handlidly the best and most damaging piece of info regarding collections in favor of the consumer Ive ever heard of.
