You send the CRA a COPY of the SOL letter you sent to the CA, with proof of the CA's receipt of the letter (copy of green card)'

You send the CRAs a letter requesting deletion of the CA's account as an INVALID entry.The proof of which is that they (the CA) has received legal notification that a time-barred account is not legally collectible or reportable.

I will put together a letter to CRAs with caselaw citations for this purpose, and put it on my website when I have the time.
