A hold on a money order?? That is robbery. A money order IS cash. Banks do this to utilize the float. I have deposited cashier's checks, and my bank tried to hold it. I created a scene and got it after 3 days - that was due to their interpretation of the terms of my account. Smae issue - a cashier's check is cash.
