Thank you Why Chat for your waddle of information. I am sorry this may be long. In Texas I know that they cannot garnish our wages, but can seize our bank acct if a judgement is placed and that we have some protection with the homestead laws. However from reading a previous forum question that there are some loop holes and that you provided a great web site to review: Attys, Lawyers for the Tx Law Firm of Hulse-Stucki.

As far as income levels, we are with the majority of society that we wish our income level would grow by leaps and bounds. That probably would not happen in the near 7 year future.

Stress, aggrevation and harassment--well I think we have a control on that as much as posible. I don't know if you remember from prior posts of mine that we are the family that is dealing with the paternity establishment on a 12 year that my husband never knew about till very recent, and the beautifully wonderful and loving 5 year old that is Autistic. After dealing with that I feel we can handle alot of stress, aggrevation and harassment. Not to mention that our creditors etc. have only a postal box and voicemail response phone number to contact us thru.

We have great aspirations for the future ahead, it has taken us awhile to achieve what we have now, so I don't feel that 7 years is too long and time goes by fast. I only regret that I did not follow my grandmothers rule of life, and that being if you don't have the money now then don't buy it and save for it so that when you do have the money see if you still want it, then you can buy it.

We have been threw the school of hard knocks, not by choice and not by all of our own doing. Experienced alot and learned alot as well, some mistakes we have made over and over but we are trying to learn from them. We are seasoned, but not cooked. So in regards to the CA's I think we are pretty tuff and won't let them shoot us down.

As far as an action plan, and your feathering of self review questions for present and future. I can only see that we just take it as it comes; and keep posting to the forum gather some advice and moral support and waddle thru this mess.

Thanks again for your reply and I look forward to your advice and wisdom from the various posts from others and ours. We will keep you posted of what waddles our way.
