Since Ive disputed with CRA's and items are to remain, should I now:

A-Request to a collection agency to validate debt.
B-Or, send collector the Sol. letter. then send the Sol letter to the CRA's. Also, if I send the collector the Sol. letter do I then have to iniate an investigation with the CRA's in order to get the collector to break the law. Is it really as simple as sending the collector the SOl. letter then the CRA's will remove it?

Also what is your take on trans union that I posted about 7 years on your report......
