If you dispute, they CAN still sue you, but they're going to have to produce the validation proof in court. If they can do that, well, they could win the judgment. Its all BS anyway, they don't expect people to dispute or demand the validation requrired, so they put in the 'scary language' about judgments. Just out of curiosity - did they demand the payment in full along with that '30 days to dispute' letter ?? If they did, I've found out that there's Case law that says THAT tactic is a violation of the FDCPA !!
