No. One must file a motion to vacate the judgment to have it removed from the public record. You must have grounds for it to be validated - improper service, not your account - something that proves that there has been a miscarriage of justice [ to get a little lofty ].

Paying the judgment pretty much show that you accept responsibilty for it, so it would seem you might want to try to prove improper service.
