OC contacting girlfriend

The OC called my house and my girlfriend answered. They asked her a few questions, told her about my outstanding debt with them. She even asked them if it was legal for them to be telling her this stuff, and he replied "I haven't said anything" and was kind of standoffish at that point. A day or two later, I get a voice mail on my cell phone from a woman stating they have talked to my girlfriend (called her by her name) regarding my "personal business" and how they haven't been able to get ahold of me. Question: Is there anything I can do to them for contacting and telling my girlfriend my info? and is it worth it to take the steps necessary? Thanks
