I had an account with Capital One. I agreed to a settlement, made my first payment last month $203. I got a copy of my credit report and it states account charged off Dec. 2002. So where did they $203 go that I paid last month?? Is there anyway to dispute the debit from my checking account without it being fraudulent, if they've already charged off the account and took $203 of my money without any record??? I have 2 days to file the EFT (Error Funds Transfer form) at my bank. ????
