In order to file in the longer SOL State, the suit would still have to be legally served on her in FL.If it was then obtained as a default judgment in the other State, it STILL could not be filed in Fl because default judgments cannot be "perfected".

So for all practical purposes,unless you still own attachable assets in Wisc. they would not file against you there.
