I am not sure, I know the requirements for filing a "foreign" judgment in Fl.(requires certification/pefection) and does not except default judgments. Also in Fl.a Fl judgment cannot be perfected for entry in another State if it is a default judgment.

The States whose rules of civil procedure I have looked at, all same to have the same provisions,which is from the unifom code of civil procedure,but I have not researched to see if ALL States have adopted it.
