Wow, SCAMCO gave up and sold it to Whitewing ?? Geez.. read the Jan Archive, you'll see how BAD Whitewing really is !! The debt, no matter what state you live in, has passed the SOL - it has expired, its dead, bury it. Send these Whitewing jerks a Cease and Desist letter. WhyChat has a great on his site to use for Expired SOL. You don't have to pay this, they can't sue you for it. File a complaint with the FTC, your State's Fraud division and the BBB. Whitewing had its membership REVOKED, so another complaint will KEEP them out - that's how bad they are !
