I also have an installment loan from Midland Credit I opened in 1996 and made the last payment somewhere in the Oct-Nov time frame; same year. date opened-3/95; last activity-10/96; date reported 12/02. i haven't disputed it yet because of the activity time frame. what should i do next? would a validation letter change my last activity date? what are the rules of statute of limitations? it was opened while i was in georgia. thanks again
