The 180 day mark is coming up in March. I would assume because last payment was made on the card in September of 2002 by my ex.

My ex was supposed to pay for this per our settlement agreement with our divorce. I know that the settlement agreement means nothing to the charge card company.

I am the primary on the card, the ex is the secondary. It was a joint account.

I was going to go after the ex for breech of contract but its not going to be worth it now since he isn't paying one single bill - he just got his car repossessed.
