Assuming you were not out of the Country, on active duty military service ,didn't change your name, weren't in jail or a mental hospital, you are safe on the SOL.

The only time "tolling" would occur would be if you fraudulently evaded service of a lawsuit, or were in a situation where you could not be legally served.
