Credit card - charge off?? suit for judgement???

I have a business credit card where the balance has reached $ 20,000.00. Just recieved a call today from an attorney saying he is representing Advanta and is going to federal court to collect this deliquent debt for it is backed by federal funds, and they were just audited by feds and they can no longer work out a hardship statis for me because of this. Any advise on how to turn this around. I assume the attorney is working for the collection dept etc, i dont know, thank you for any help that you can give. Joe
