Experian sucks! It took me 6 months for them to correct two items on my report. But they finally did. They cannot refuse your request. Everyting needs to be done in writing, CRR. Do not call anyone at Experian ever again. I'm sure WhyChat has a letter you can change to suit your needs. There are also many sites you can find that will have a sample letter for you. Use Google.com to find one.
