If a suit is issued on cc, and a hearing is held on the judgement. If you appear, you can challenge by asking for validation. But if you appear you are asked to fill out a financial asset form. If you dont appear, the judgement is awarded, but I take it no other paper work is requested. If you have cc,that are yours, and you know that even with a validation request, the judgement will more than likely be awarded, but you can avoid listing assets on a financial form. Would you be better off not appearing and having them, the cc have to look for the asset????Is it better to offer settlement before it is charged off, or once a judgement has been entered.,When will the negotiating price be better for me...Thanks
