If your answer to the lawsuit consists of their not replying to a validation/dispute request,you will lose your case.

The courts decide a case on the basis of legal defenses, not the requrements of ca's under the FDCPA.

If you did not -or have not presented a better answer, your motion to dismiss would have no basis.
