Although I received the papers today (02/05), the date stamp says they were filed on 07/03/02.
Also, there is no hearing scheduled yet. It says that I have to file an answer in 10 days. From what they sent me, which included a copy of my application, my last payment was on 07/12/99.

Do you think it might be possible to get them to cancel the lawsuit if I contact them and tell them that I am the proverbial stone from which blood can not flow? With no assets or income, I would have thought a lawsuit unlikely.
