They'll start with your credit report. It'll show if you have a mortgage {possible equity} or an auto loan. You don't get loans to buy homes or cars without a job. So, they can tell if you have some assets and you have the capacity to service these notes. You canget some more info from www.teletrack com. If you use any of these services that sell their customer or subscriber list then the list will likely have a valid work and home phone number.
