Yes I already answered now I have a hearing, tomorrow, I also just got a letter from the law firm(calvarys) says they will still settle I have 10 days, they send me a copy of past statments from my account. 3 months the last being charge -off from discover. the only proof i have is my credit report- should i have more and if so what? Wish me good luck
