If you have no records other than the OC on your credit reports, use that and tell the court is was SO long ago you are not even sure if this was your account, but it is the only thing you can find that has any relationship to the DISPUTED claim of Cavalry. BUT, hol off on that until you are asked. You need to START by requesting documented proof of their claim.Including proof of transfer from the OC to them, account statements, and a copy of your signed application.

IF they have that, (and I will BET they have zilch) then you say,"the only account that matches this information is past the SOL"
