credit card non payment

had a bad year,,anyway,,i setup a payoff with a credit card last year,,2001,,during 2002,,my other credit cards found out and raised my interest to 24.99%,,so i called and even though i never had problems with them they said they raised it because of other credit..so i told them i wouldnt pay until they returned to old rate,,needless to say they never did,,so basically i stopped paying on 3 cards,,the phone numbers they had on record were old,,so basically i have never talked to them about anything,,question is,,what can or will they do??
