where's "case law" regarding deletion of balances on CR

Read in previous posts about some type of case law regarding the Statute of Limitations in California and deletion of balances on credit reports after Sol.


Why chat I read the breakdown and understand the Letter and follow letter to Cra's, but did you mention some sort of case law where it states about balances not being allowed after Sol. to be reported? And getting them deleted due to Sol. expiration. Wouldn't the CRA'S need this?.... Won't they just respond that they can leave on all negative info for 7 years? This is for California debt..........
