I stopped paying the cc company and it went to the collections, its a collections lawyer. I never made a payment to the collections. They are handling this for the cc company. I haven't replied to the papers served on me. I have a week yet to reply. I don't work so I don't really know if I should reply or just let it go as a default judgement.
