If you are not working, you have time to show up at the hearing and dispute the claim.

They RARELY have anyone show up so they do not have the required evidence to submit the claim.

It is possible it will be dismissed if you take the trouble to reply with an answer saying you dispute the dates, amounts etc. of the account.
Just say you have no knowledge of this account and require them to PROVE they have the RIGHT and the required information neccessary to get a judgment.

If you give in without a fight, you will only be hurting yourself.
