Hello Everyone,
Is it possible to start a class-action suit against
Whitewing Financial? It seems that they have been
very active in the last month since my original post,
and the BBB site has 33 complaints listed. How would
someone go about filing a class action suit? These
people are now claiming I have paid them, and are trying to re-set the clock on a very old debt that I believe I actually paid to the original creditor.I didn't send them a dime! Please reply if you are being harassed by them.
