this is the latest from the some of the card companies & your absolutely right in declining this garbage but just my opinion on that .. from what i understand some credit card co. are actually asking their card members via mail IF they'd like to participate in this wonderful binding arbitration nonsense EVEN THOUGH they already included amended agreements in their billing statements over the past 12 mths or so .. again im by far no expert on this but from what ive heard becouse this binding arbitration nonsense is working its way thru the courts & by some legal expert accounts they say this will be in the long run be ruled against & thrownout by the courts becouse the way this binding arbitration rule in written it was never meant to be applied to credit card holders so my guess is their trying to protect themselves but just a theory on my part .. far as the cccr via the PO BOX my opinion is thats the best way to send it becouse it shows proof they actually got the decline from you & again from what i understand you have to actually decline this in writing ONLY or else you agree to this garbage .. again im by far no expert & its just my opinion .. lots of luck , kelly .....................
