Credit score questions w/ Privacy Guard

I've received a privacy guard report for me and g/f with EFX scores. Can anyone answer these ??? I've got a score of 614 and hers is 631. This rates fair in the bad to excellent bars. What scores will break the from fair to good line ? We received the TU complimentary report by mail for her with a dismal score of 466. Is this score the actual same as reported to lenders ? Thanks
