It is 4 years in Fl. on a credit card account. You need to answer the suit with an affirmative defense, (SOL). My website has instructions for answering a time-barred lawsuit. I bet it is Asset Acceptance or one of the other Fl bottom feeders. Here is a link to the instructions.
