If you're having problems making those student loan payments, you might want to consider taking a few classes. If you're going to school at least part time, you are eligible for an in-school deferment. Of course, if you're one of those people who absolutely hated college, this could be a problem. But, if like me, and the local college has half a billion classes you wanted to take your first time around but couldn't, this could help a lot.
I think also that if your loans were guaranteed by the government, the government pays the interest during this time (I think).
I do know that this has helped me a lot, since part time tuition is much, much cheaper than the student loan payments.
Just a thought...
