Question about Collection Agency

Back on May 31 2002 I sent out letters to a CA regarding several (7) accounts they had listed for me I sent a dispute for each individual account Cerified with return receipt.....(to the same CA) The letters where accepted on June 4th 2002....... All of a sudden I got no more phone calls no more letters nothing..... It was nice all of a sudden 7 months later i get Package in the mail with just the city and state I opened it and in this package was printouts (from dr's i am assuming only one is an actual bill with the dr's logo and name on it) of all these accounts... My signiture no were to be found on any of these papers... I used a letter Whychat suggested... that had a Debt Validation form attached that shold have been returned but Didnt get any of that either...... and NOW the CA is calling me all the time again I am currently in Missouri and these were from Wyoming... from 1995 thru 1997 these are all medical bills so not sure what that is considered as far as SOL.. whether it is written oral or open account.... I just want to know what I should or can do about this.. I dont beleive that this was done in a "reasonable period of time."
