I live in FL in my own condo (homesteaded and thus exempt) and don't own a car. I have no savings account or other assets and my take-home income is only $175 a week. If a judgement is entered against me, will the authorities actually be able to cart my personal belongings off for auction? (-I believe only $1,000 is exempt) -I don't own much but I'd hate to see my computer or television carted out of here. -Does anyone know if such an action is likely?
