Thanks Kelly but I'm looking for a law... not opinion. You see, some creditors won't send a statement or even contact the consumer for some time and then hit them with a bunch of late fees and interest. It's an easy way to make a few bucks from the elderly or the "not so bright" consumer. My grandmother was taken to the cleaners in this way and I want to know what the law has to say about it. Thanks.
