Is there a docket # on this "summons"?
If so, file an answer with a copy to the Court, make sure the docket # is on the answer.
Deny their claim, state that you have no knowledge or record of this account. Send it CRRR to the lawyer (probably collection agency) and make a copy of the certified mail receipt, send the Court copy with a cover letter stating you have mailed the answer to the lawyer CRRR, copy enclosed.

Of course, if there IS no docket #, you should call the Court and inquire if anything has been filed.
