Whitewing writing again after SOL, C&D

I recently mailed a certified SOL, C&D letter to Whitewing about a 12 year old CC account that was at one time on one of my my reports and has expired. I have now received another letter from them stating that they "have decided to extend a most generous offer of settlement until 02/24/2003.It states thatI have "an important decision to make " about which of three alternatives I wish to take. It states that they will "evaluate my credit history and present financial circumstance" since I "will ultimately be responsible for the full amount due on this account". The first letter I recieved from them was dated 1/15/03.It stated that the account had been purchased by them, gave me 30 days to dispute and then asked for payment. Is there any further action I should take?
