I lived in Florida during all these occurances. I've not made any payments... ( my stupidity of being young since the debts were incurred.) I can imagine what some of these debts are but most, i didn't now and it doesn't say.

1) My report says 4 Current Delinquent Accounts... but are all actually still open? None actually say CLOSED. It says UNPAID.

2) The Date Opened for the 4 accounts are N/A but the Balance date is JUN 2002...?

3) There is another one... that says Date Opened Sep, 2000 and balace date: JUN 2002? So is it 7 years from JUN 2002?

4) When a CA gets the account, does it go 7 years from then? And if no date for OPENED is present, how do I know?

5) Lot of these say Factoring DAta or Collection Amount... what is Factoring Data?

6) Lot of these have BALANCE DATES: no later than JUN 2002... with just UNPAID at the bottom. Some say Charged off, NOthing Delinquent ~ what do I do with these?

7) What do I do to get these off? I've been reading this all day and still am a little confused. Sorry.
