New House

I'm in Florida. I closed on a brand new house 12/30/02. Somethings in the house needed to be redone or corrected, nothing major. This is my first home. Everyone I talk (friends, family) said if its something little go ahead and close. I gave the builder a punch list of things that need to be done. They have yet to do them. I have talk to the President, head of construction etc... someone is going to call you they say. Nothing has happened yet. What is my next step?
