Tenancy by the Entirety..question!

Hi! Have been reading a while and have a question. "Tenancy By The Entirety" as mentioned earlier in another's post...I live in Missouri, so does a lawyer have to draw this up, or is it in place already as a married couple with estate property? If husband's name was added to the title after marriage (only being in my name prior), is that all that is needed? We had a QCD done, adding husband to deed, too. I have been to some sites, but they charge member fees to get to the pages with the info I need. If a lawyer is needed, I will get mine on the phone tomorrow! Do to illness, I need to protect my family in case something turns for the worse. I do not want my creditors to reep on the reward of taking my home after I am gone. Any info would be appreciated! This site is wonderful. I have never had to ask a debt related question, because I read updates 10 times a day to keep up and without a doubt, someone else asks! Thanks all! Kate (not really!) :)
